stanovanjska soseska hrpelje, projekt   Stanovanjska soseska Hrpelje leži južno od naselja, na območju, ki je danes še nepozidano. Zaradi načrtovane izključno stanovanjske, pretežno individualne gradnje na okoliških parcelah, ki ne predvideva skupnih odprtih površin ali javnega programa je nameravana gradnja zasnovana kot introvertirana soseska z večjo osrednjo zeleno površino. Skupaj je predvidenih 59 stanovanj v 4 nizih razporejenih po obodu osrednjega zelenega prostora in stolpiču na jugovzhodnem vogalu parcele. Med stolpičem in sosednjima nizoma je manjši trg – javni prostor soseske. Vsaki enoti, z izjemo enosobnih stanovanj v stolpiču, pripada lasten vrt ali odprta terasa. Stanovanjske enote v posameznih nizih se po tlorisnih rešitvah med seboj razlikujejo in tako ponujajo pester nabor stanovanj, ki odgovarjajo različnim načinom bivanja. Zasnova stanovanjske soseske se podreja naravnim karakteristikam lokacije. Strnjena introvertirana zazidava z osrednjim odprtim prostorom se navezuje na avtohtono arhitekturo, le da je tokrat dvorišče skupna zunanja površina, proti kateremu se odpirajo stanovanja, terase in vrtovi in je namenjena preživljanju prostega časa prebivalcev soseske.
